Does the website have the same items as your stores?
We sell a much larger selection in our stores. 
If you would like to find a particular item, please email us. 
The shoes in our online catalog are not all carried in store. However, we order shoes from Pleasers weekly and will get you the shoes fast!
Are your shoes/boots all carried in stock?
No, we order our shoes/boots from Pleaser/Demonia every week and get them in as soon as possible. Feel free to email us or ask us in the chat to check style and sizing available in store. 
Can I get the online promotion/sale price applied to an in store purchase?
No. Generally our online promotions are applied for online products only. Don't worry though! We have sales in store too. Come in and see our deals! 
Do you price match?
We will price match on a case by case basis. Price match Canadian prices only + shipping and duties. No price match for Amazon listings. Email us to inquire about price matching! 
Do you sell gift cards?
YES
Search gift cards in the store to find gift cards. 
Will you send me a tracking number?
Yes! We will send you a Canada Post shipping number once shipped. 
What is your return policy?
See our return policy for online and instore purchases. 
Where are you located and when are you open for business?
We are currently located at 55 W Hastings but will be moving two stores down to 49 W Hastings in December 2019!

Can I phone the store to ask about online orders?
Unfortunately, our in store team will not be able to answer questions about your online orders. Please email us and we will reply you within 24 hours.
